华为9312设备出现网络波动

近几天用户出现网络波动，现象为本地连接出现叹号，半小时左右恢复正常。
排查弱电间，重启弱电间交换设备。
后台登陆9312查看健康情况。命令为:

重点在uptime is 0 weeks, 0 day, 2hours, 40 minutes这条数据上面，设备仅正常运行2小时40分钟。
初步确定仅有的电源模块不稳定，导致设备重启。且重启时间不固定导致用户长达20-30分钟无法上网。
准备更换电源模块以观后效。电源模块图片如下

更换成功后应该就没啥问题了。
